Maracaturra

Maracaturra, a productive hybrid originating from the late 1800s, combines Maragogype and Caturra varieties. It is primarily grown in Brazil, El Salvador, and Nicaragua, featuring large beans and leaves. 

This Maracaturra is grown by Jimmy Hoyes at his farm, San Rafael, located in the community of El Castillo, Madriz.

This coffee is light bodied and refreshing. The citric acidity is juicy. Every harvest it brings a nice balance between body, acidity, and sweetness.
