Honey Washed Caturra

This Caturra, grown by the Hoyes family at their farm in El Castillo, Madriz and honey- washed processed at their dry mill in the village of Las Sabanas. 

It follows the traditional pulped-washed method of pulping the coffee cherries and drying in their mucilage (honey) on shaded African beds, intensifying fruit notes.
