Renowned for its exceptional cup quality when grown at high altitudes, this arabica variety holds significant cultural and genetic importance globally.

This Bourbon is shade grown by Mr. Mauricio Paguaga at his farm in the region of Tepesomoto-Pataste, Madriz, Nicaragua.  Every harvest, this bourbon brings so much character, and this 2024 harvest is no exception. The body is quite pronounced with rich chocolates and caramels, mild nuttiness and stone fruits present.
